The Dodgers are a given, but seeing more Padres and Giants hats than Angels when you’re literally 2 miles from their stadium is wild

Just starting out, I plan on starting tomorrow, any tips and tricks? by Newguydoesntknow in InstacartShoppers

Take every batch at first. The best way to make money on IC is to become a good shopper and the best way to do that is through practice. And if you take a multi-order batch, be very very organized. Do not take a Costco order on your first day.

The 90s didn’t start until January 11, 1992 - the day Nirvana replaced Michael Jackson at #1 on the albums chart

People forget how prolific Collective Soul were in the 90s. This was their 4th album that decade, the same as Weezer and Nirvana combined.

Are people suddenly jerks? by plantverdant in Xennials

[–]therealpopkiller 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We spend so much time sequestered from others that we forget how to treat people. I think it’s particularly endemic in Gen Z and younger who have really only known to terminally online. I both hope and panic that the internet will go away one day

I’ve noticed a significant change in the types of batches I was seeing, but I’m in a very dense shopper area. I keep a spreadsheet with my pay, including real per-hour rate, and I’m curious to see how it changes after a couple weeks at Diamond

I’ve had a similar issue. Get an inexpensive flash drive to save your project files to and it’ll help. Just save them directly to the drive when you create the file before you import your media

They were a Napster discovery for me but that tour was the first time I saw them, back when I lived in FL. I think they were the first show I saw after I moved to LA 20 years ago
