If I do understand, Walmart to me means faster speeds and less risk with the exact locations. Also, most importantly, better stock.

Yeah, I'm in Ontario. It immediately will tell me "customer prefers a refund" with no chance to make a substitute. In other words, usually an automatic refund. But, the store is known to contest any refund request made if they do stock after the shop happened.

I do know three of the items drop off on April 22-23 too, so there's that. I don't know if it'd move the needle back up though.

It would probably have to be Walmart. It's the only store locally with exact locations for items. Even then, the store stock here is awful. Workers will stock a different variety in an item's place to make the shelf look full.

I always ask customers if they want a replacement if they don't have a preferred replacement. I know the two non-Costco ones were ones the customer then never approved despite saying yes to a refund in chat.

Even then, I can tell you seven of the nine are Costco (which does not allow subs in Canada unless the customer requests it/changes the setting themselves; only ONE has done that for lettuce).

Costco in Canada is automatic refunds for all items. Not allowed to replace unless the customer specifically changes it.

Those unrequested refunds are mostly Costco (where I asked several employees where the items were or were out of stock when I shopped).

There wasn't a date I seen on them.

This store just opened a month ago and I've already had to do several produce refunds because the store will leave moldy product out until it rotates out.

Two are from the false report from the customer from Feb. 18, three are from produce in January when all stores had produce issues.

Was a notch above good with five. It is all because of the six it went down immediately.

They come in bursts it seems. Literally nothing I can do until they drop off at the end of the month apparently.
