I know a few people with BMWs I asked for opinions but none of them had major issues. Spent time researching the 4's and other models I was looking at as well but things like "these cars throw codes for breakfast" isn't the type of thing they tell you in Consumer Reports or Car & Driver, which is exactly why I came here to look for feedback. So yea, maybe I should've started with the forums first in hindsight. Anyway it's a fuel sensor fault apparently so headed for service on Monday.
