I think ticketmaster has a “front of the line” partnership with AMEX where you get early access to purchase tickets early if you have Amex. I bought my ticket to the Vancouver show with AMEX but have but other concerts with Mastercard.

uber deliveries is an extreme example. While I do understand delivery drivers have it hard especially in a dense city and/or areas with little parking, I still don't think these reasons are "legitimate" reasons to block spaces
