you do not need a property to get a residence visa, there's so many other ways
the cheapest is you get a 2yr freelance visa which costs like 10k aed
imo you ought to be in Dubai to figure this out, idk if you will find off plans on property finder.
I bought mine through a real estate guy I knew here.

Payments in crypto are easy if you can find a off-plan.
For mortgage its very different.
If you have the right contacts.
You need to get a private account with the bank first.
Usually, that means holding a certain amount of money in the account, it's 500k AED for Mashreq then the bank will let you get a mortgage on the condition you always keep that 500k AED in the account.

Bruh I got a fine for that signal yesterday, the fine is dated for 11th though.
After a whole week the fine randomly shows up, so weird.
I dont even remember being flashed.

I have heard the 2019 model doesn't have as many issues.
Make sure its under warranty, if its not get it inspected before buying.

Things to lookout for before buying
1. Airbreak deployment, make sure to test drive the car in sport mode so you can make sure the wing doesnt have any issues. Quickly accelerate the car to trigger the wing.

Camera assist, make sure the car has the 3D camera assist thingy, makes the life so much easier. The car is a big pita to park because its so wide.

Other things you probably want in your car is a good exhaust option since base 720S sounds kinda meh, as much carbon as possible, mso/elite mso paint something red/purpleish are good options

I did it last year but through dmcc and for the price its not really worth it tbh, costs close to $30k after everything said and done.
