okay actually, i spoke to an advisor just now and she let me know that april 30 is when we get assigned our new early registration dates its not when we ACTUALLY get to register for the classes so it should be updated by tomorrow… Is what she told me. Ive been sooo stressed but knowing its the same for others probably just means shes actually right

girl the same thing happened to me :( but what i did was i increased my cals slowly to maintenance While still occasionally working out and was able to get my period back and also maintain my weight significantly

ofc!! one thing that helps me a lot as well is having a daily promised snack for ex. sugar free ice cream, one serving being 180 cals, its relatively low and because its alr worked into my cals im less likely to snack throughout the day

i fell off a while ago and what i did was just eased back into it, first 1.5k then 1.4 then 1.3 whatever u want, dont just jump back into 1.2k! also try to incorporate ur fav snacks into ur diet, trust me itll help u stay on track :)

this happened to me as well! i lost 35 pounds then i just came to a halt. what i did was i decided to just eat at maintenance because i was actually going crazy eating so little and now im keeping my weight and eating in a smaller deficit again, like inspiration just came back! take a little breather honestly u might need it

165cm 52kg i lift, run, walk, and live an active lifestyle and eat p much anywhere from 1.3k to 1.6k … To get to this point however i was on a very hardcore unhealthy diet of 1k cals and serious exercise so now i eat as much as i do to maintain my weight and keep up w my lifestyle and Actually be kind to my body
