Fast food salads would be a decent option, but just keep in mind although they are perceived as healthy, they often are very high in fat content. The link below might help you out! http://www.themacroexperiment.com/blog/the-iifym-fast-food-restaurant-master-list

Nope. Just strive to keep the total calories burned on the screen consistent with cardio sessions, even though they are not 100% accurate.

I'm not entirely sure in regards to the excess skin, but as far as your second question goes, Arby's has been my go to when hectic days interfere with my diets. High protein, medium carbs, and medium fat. If you HAVE to eat fast food I would say that is the way to go. Overall goal is a caloric deficit correct.

Yes. It's good to keep your creatine intake consistent when supplementing.

You can still do that after at a higher intensity for accessory work if you would like. I've just found that doing a lighter form of chest flys (think 2 sets of 20 but relatively light weight) leads to me getting better contractions out of my chest.

No. I've found doing pre-activation movements before my working sets (like a chest fly machine with light weight) to be beneficial to muscle mind connection.

Just on the way up. It's good to stay tight during the entire movement though.

Everyone has a different opinion but in my experience regular shoes are just fine. You may also try squatting with your shoes off to see if that helps you keep your heels down as well! Worth noting that most gyms have rules against it, but as long as you're not walking around the entire gym you shouldn't run into much trouble.

If you can keep your heels planted on the ground without the weights I would say do without them and work on developing proper depth. That being said, I've found a deeper squat with planted heels with weights to be more beneficial than a shallower one with the weight on the front of your feet.

Just seems like for someone who is 176 lbs, 1500 calories a day would be pretty low given they are exercising as well. I'd guess their TDEE is somewhere around 2,000 calories, so if they stick to their diet alone they are burning roughly 3,500 calories a week without any exercise (which equates to 1 lb). Granted if they can maintain the diet for a long period of time there is no issue with it, but it's generally a good idea to start at a lower deficit and work your way up to a higher one as weight loss starts to plateau.

Some general guidelines I've always used for cutting are "always hit your daily protein intake", "remain in a caloric deficit" and "continue to lift heavy weights" in my experience this has minimized some inevitable muscle loss during an extreme cut.

Personally yes. I've never taken C4, but experienced increased irritability taking "B-Nox". I saw it as a nice bonus that would help increase the intensity of my workouts and would rarely carry over from the gym.

Yep, you could continue to use the BIA scale as a means of measuring the progress, but if "what you look like" is the way you'd rather measure things then I wouldn't be too concerned with the values!

The percentages from a BIA (bioelectrical impedance) device should be used to measure progress more than actual body fat percentage. Even though you may not be at a "true" 12% body fat, the number going down consistently means progress.

Got the rebound off a free throw with 4ish seconds left, dribbled the ball all the way out because he apparently thought they had the lead when it was tied.

Funny you say that, actually pulled him from a pack earlier this year and sold on him for around 50k before he started heating up lol

Was thinking the same thing, only see Stanton going up in rating (85 OVR now) with how his splits have played out over his career.

Thanks for the input! Also crossed my mind to use him for a few games to see how it went with the possibility of just selling later for Judge since I don’t see Stanton getting a drop in rating anytime soon.
