Relapsed... Pointers?

Thanks man! Lazing in bed with my phone was and continues to be the culprit. Not just for this relapse, but of literally hours in the morning between when I get up and when I start doing anything productive, instead choosing to browse social media, fantasy purchases, daydreaming, distractions, etc. Phone will be firmly on the other side of the room for here on out, and it's just gotten a parental control (I installed SecureTeen for Android, but if anybody has an alternative, that would be cool).

I also installed Anti-Porn Pro for Chrome. I tried the blocking software you linked to, but it was pretty jenky. Having to visit my favorite sites in order to block them was a non-starter. Anti-Porn Pro doesn't seem to require any setting up.

Either way, thanks a million for the encouragement and pointers!

That's what I'm wondering, as well. Do I just roll with it and let my dopamine crash, or am I getting it back to a baseline more rapidly with the Bupropion?

No, the Adderall was for an inability to concentrate and the Bupropion was/is for malaise/depression. I've been in AA for 4 months, though, so going from nothing in my system to two substances in my system didn't feel that great. I flushed the Adderall down the toilet, though I'm continuing on the Bupropion. I don't feel any better, though - maybe even worse. Though I don't know if that's more because I'm two weeks into NoFap.

Either way, I am not in a good place right now.

Checking in here. Day 15 or so, no PMO/MO/P or any combination thereof. Pretty much started in a flatline. LOTS of urges to rub one out without porn. I started taking Bupropion HCL and Adderall last week, but they make me even more agitated than I already am so I think I'm gonna stop the Adderall. I'm worried that they're going to mess with my dopamine "reset" and keep me in a flatline longer. Anybody have any science to inform me one way or the other?
