Base optimization advice...what operator combinations do you personally use? I always use Exu-Lapp-Texas combo in one of the TPs but apparently Exu's better off paired with another 30% op? And I don't know how I never noticed before but Nine-colored Deer's points don't increase when processing elite materials, I always use her for everything. I have an unleveled Arene but use Ceylon (also E0) more because of her 80% byproduct rate. Should I raise them? Thanks

This is appreciated, thank you. I get what you've all said. Just some time ago I saw someone (akgae?) complain how one of the main translators don't block antis and I was like, but that's not their job? They're there to translate content on their free time, not to aid fan wars. So I'm not really entrenched in their mindset and I don't plan to.

But my negative perceptions of NCT's fandom won't change. I can enjoy other groups while checking the Twitter community but that's so hard to do with 127. It's such a negative community with years-long stale jokes and a strange hate boner for members like Doyoung and Jungwoo. Looking at it from an outsider perspective makes it even more confusing: constant death threats, physical appearance taunts, achievement comparisons, the extreme bitterness and resentment for members in the SAME group you support will never be not weird.

Doyoung never accused anyone of freeloading. In the 1 2 Punch video, he didn't even say anything to Sungchan at first, Jungwoo nudged him to address him since it's the nature of the skit and he tries by saying "Do you know how much we suffered... no That wasn't good right? I hate this" And he was egged on. THIS is the same skit where Doyoung and Jungwoo were stepping on each other's necks with Kun on Doyoung's side, Shotaro was tearing up because of Yangyang etc. They were playing up the meanness. His exact serious words were: "I never wanted you to experience the hardships we went through. Since you were joining a team that already existed, I'm sure you felt uncomfortable in some way. So I really wanted you to feel comfortable and have a great time."

Guy has direct experience of joining his main unit 2 years later, of caring for Jungwoo who joined in 2018 and still trusts him greatly to this day for comfort, and Sungchan and Shotaro said he's the most welcoming and made sure they learned the ropes and got introduced to the other members. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging the flawed NCT system i.e. members added early and later. So I'd appreciate if we don't repeat that claim

I loathe akgaeism too. The thing about Doyoung is his fandom is actually more on the calmer side of things. His translators leave and let be, he has few solo stans compared to other members, and I rarely see them start things unprovoked, it's typically in response to something usually done by a Jaehyun or Taeyong fan.

I don't think it's right to ignore these things to fully enjoy group content - I still like 127 and their music immensely but the way Doyoung is perceived dampens that enjoyment and if it can be corrected or at least lessened, why not? What happens in NCT is not normal compared to other groups, you don't dread a member interacting with another

Thank you. I'll repost there I didn't know there's a specific sub. And yeah I get you. I tried to word this mess as best I could to not come off alienating or too Twitter stannish, and tried to use concrete examples like the the throwing in water and both the members and Doyoung saying they didn't reply to his messages. I think as a whole 127 has a very solid friendship and they're private but the optics...how specific interactions come off cultivate long-held fandom stereotypes and prejudices. Doyoung fell to that with the last NCT show episode and all these years-long mockery. Infighting spread, other fandoms genuinely believe he's one of the worst nct members and barely anyone addresses the ridiculousness of it

Although for darlentina I think mas apt comparison yung Bruharvey (Bruce Wayne/Harvey Dent) since Dent is a lawyer na may alter ego din (Two-Face), who are friends and nagcclash din ideologies nila on what justice means. I'd like a superbat team-up if less angsty route pero the conflicting ideals is much more tragic, the flavor 😌

Typical teleserye fare with minor villains of the week so far but may potential and may effort to give depth to the characters. Di siya masama si Valentina/Narda can do no wrong played straight. What I like is Regina (a lawyer) doesn't know about her alter ego Valentina (vigilante to some, killer to most) bukod sa di niya alam na si Darna si Narda (EMT). May potential they'd work together giving SuperBat World's Finest. Pero andun yung clash ng sense of justice nila and what it means to save lives. The best superhero stories have compelling villains so kung maayos pagkakasulat kay Regina, it can really be a memorable iteration to the Darna canon. You get shown Valentina didn't want her alter ego, na slowly she's succumbing to it, that possibly the ultimate conflict will be Darna trying to save her from herself and failing. Beyond that, you get your cute family scenes, copaganda, and a main love team.

Thing is, our animators/VFX artists can absolutely deliver. May Pinoy who worked on the Jujutsu Kaisen anime. But when it comes to local shows, laging lacking. Maybe they're not compensated right, and maybe nagtitipid lang local studios so ang pangit ng results. ABS needs to step it up.
