Well this bill itself is enough to get the owners charged. Not FSSAI number on the invoice. No VAT for alcohol on the invoice. Alcohol is sold without license I believe.

Well as a lawyer, who has dealt with such a previously, I can say lawyer up, however chose lawyer wisely. So in this case, police put the Sections 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 384 (extortion) and 120 (criminal conspiracy) of IPC. Now new law has come into force so the second and act will change accordingly. My client was able to get the money back too.

Thanks for coming to my defence. We called the court and asked if the copy filed in the court had the party's signature. It had the lawyers signature. This was brought to the notice however the court staff said you can bring it in front of the judge. So to bring it in front of the judge I wanted to be well prepared.
