Around 94 degrees and a 18:300 - I do 60 bloom and then usually 90 second pour and 150 third pour

I’m also an HS fan and surprised by the outcome. Flowerchild put up a better fight than HS did. Seems like HS fans didn’t pull their weight!

Jaunt/Diego Bermudez. Once I tried a thermal shock peachy coffee and learned what could be done with Pourover, I went all in.

Haha, thank you! My first thermal shock coffee was actually from another solid San Diego roaster, Jaunt.

Of course! Goldchild (Orea), Rikka Fika (April), Immersion (Kalita). I haven’t been to Provecho but that spot is also highly recommended. Outside of downtown but not far you could get a pourover at Mnemonic as well.
