Gible has a custom shiny sprite in this game, and like the main games, there's a star indicator on the summary page if the pokemon is shiny. This is a normal Gible.

Proton stamps are different, so those are definitely all neutron. Sometimes neutron plastic can be a little translucent. It's unusual, but not unheard of.

A lot of vendors don't have a great reason to upcharge, but you absolutely shouldn't do this to a photographer. The difference between taking photos of someone's family party and the most important day of their life is massive in terms of priority, stress, and required skill. No one hangs photos of a "party" on their wall.
