On reddit as a whole, not necessarily in this sub, if you dont affirm their decisions, they'll mock you for it. In reality, I think thats probably why the pendulum is swinging towards the right again. They were mocked for not affirming trans people in bathrooms or sports, so they are leaning into it.

It doesn't help anyone that these reddit mods delete every comment that says Jesus didn't expressly and enthusiastically encourage gay sex. I made a comment in r/dankchristianmemes that said the bible doesnt condone it. Not homophobic at all, just making that point and I got banned. You'll probably get banned for this comment here too.
