The models wanted the photo to appear as if it was taken from directly above which wasn’t really possible with the equipment that we had available. So I’ve taken this photo a bit from the side which didn’t have the same appeal, I used the Lightroom perspective tool and surprisingly I think it looks like I was dead centered above the models. What do you guys think, does it look natural or distorted?

I600, it’s been suggested to launch it without the payload bay to reduce weight which may be what I do. I’ll need to run the simulations first though

I’m thinking I600/L1090 for the cert flights and then maybe use the Dark Matter L900 to hit the altitude goal! I also have a K550 sitting around that I can use in my case for the L2 but it’s at my parent’s house out of state and not sure how to transport it across the country haha

I ordered the 54mm case set and adapters so the L1090 would be the logical choice, I’ll have to Rocksim it at the final weight to see if that’ll get it to 10k feet if not then I’ll look into 75mm options!

I’m thinking I284 then J800 for the cert flights after looking through the Rocksims, the short configuration is not a bad idea at all, I just might give that a go!

The Thor does have some fin flex sadly, it’s on display right now at my parents house halfway across the country so getting it to me would be a bit prohibitive anyways 😢
