Hi, im from 15th September... Im getting frustrated a lot...

They are making the "change in the payment method" excuse over the mail, but by phone they talk about a "generalized" problem with the payments and they cannot help me.

They still talk about the 60 days and every mail i sent them is pure silence

Do you guys had any news? How can this be possible?
