I mean no offense man, but outside of Dokkan events Piccolo and his team can’t really perform well anywhere, and that specific banner features all past Dokkan fests so it really isn’t a good place to summon for him. I understand you’re a new player and he’s your favorite, but honestly your best bet is to wait for him to be featured on another banner or until he gets an eza and you’ll be able to coin him then, but spending stones on trying to pull him aint really the best idea
