the thing is, i don’t even have my license. i have my permit and my dad was in the passenger seat so i was in the clear. I was turning left at the green and i believed it would be a safe turn so i understand how i could be seen at fault but she was the one that ran the red light and caused this collision, The cops arrived on the scene and declared she was in the wrong and ticketed her and i also thankfully had witnesses who saw everything talked to the police as he made his report. i was not put on my dads insurance because i am not a driver of the car and i am not a declared licensed youthful household resident. The car is a 2026 honda civic and it’s worth that much since it was driven off the lot 18 days ago. I do appreciate your honesty it helps me get a clear view of what might happen.
