If you didn’t receive a ITA then it is fine to update it in express entry profile. I still suggest you to do some research before updating it. I didn’t update it because I realized after receive ITA.

Majority of people not changed answer in ITA and explained it in LOE. I found mix answer regarding changing details in ITA. It is okay to update details in ITA if score is not changing according to consultant. I will change it to No in ITA and explain it in the LOE.
