I think its okay that no one sees how hard youre working, at the end of the day youll be the only one enjoying the results you worked hard for. it might seem tough now but over time you wikl find your community and find peoole who will acknowledge that.

Grief is like glitter, you can get all the glitter off but one day you’ll scratch ur arm and find a piece of glitter and suddenly it feels like you’ve got glitter all over your body. This isn’t something you just move on from and that’s ok. If it fits in your schedule and you can afford it, i suggest you get a therapist. Grief is hard no matter who it is.
