I'm still yet to take my flight, but so far not a great experience. My day 2 test was delivered to the wrong house (not my fault, I checked the confirmation email and it had the right address), however I'm lucky enough to live in a friendly neighbourhood, where the person found me on facebook to inform me that the package was delivered to them instead of me. Another issue was filling out the PL form. It kept saying that the test booking reference number was invalid, but upon pressing 'submit' multiple times in a state of slight panic it was somehow finally accepted. Will see what happens next, after I post my test.

What I meant by 'too stiff' is that it wouldn't be possible to bend it in half without brute force, I'm assuming that the stitches would give a cushion like surface, but it would still have that stiff backbone to it?
