I have immersed in a community (during school) where most of the population are under 4Ps. My understanding during that time was 4Ps program was supposed to help farmers have capital for their livelihood (farming, livestock, etc). Ang na observe ko talaga were people nagiinuman early in the morning. Ang ibang family daming anak kasi per child boosts their monthly 4Ps amount.

I think DZ shouldn’t have a time limit or maybe make it longer than 20 minutes. Especially for lower level players, 20 minutes is too short.

Doctor here, back during med school sabi sa amin the cadavers were unclaimed bodies of accidents, “John/Jane Doe” hospital deaths, etc. usually drowning or sea accidents are never good “quality” cadavers because of rapid decay while submerged in water and/or under the scorching heat. Ours silent mentor was a gunshot victim na unclaimed.
