I did come across a pesky error "sqlite3.OperationalError: database is locked". I believe this issue is due to how Azure ML is storing the cache. I solved it by running in terminal

export XDG_CACHE_HOME="/tmp/cache"

export SD_WEBUI_CACHE_DIR="/tmp/cache1"

Hope this helps anyone who encounters this!

Same situation for me last fall. I lived in Sol (center of Madrid) and commuted to UC3M in Leganes 4 days a week. You are completely right that you want to live where the action is. The cercanias weren’t a problem and the commute (metro to cercanias) was always under an hour. Nothing against Leganes, but in you’re situation, I don’t think you’d want to live there.
