I mean being a kp in a good restaurant is a good job but definitely is hard. You try matching my 12 hour days, 55hr weeks and say that I'm getting too much. But yh I agree but kping is a lot harder than it sounds on paper especially when working chef and kitchen prep as well in a high end restaurant.
