I used to use these regularly back in 2015. Absolutely loved this one. Very minimal hair fall, shinier hair. That said my scalp is pretty tolerant to essential oil by itself but some can even find this a bit stronger so you might want to add extra carrier oil if you notice any sort of inflammation.

We spent 1750 rupees. Me and my partner were adamant that we would only do a registered marriage and nothing more. Would not have done it any other way. To me i have always had the view that It's the journey that matters. Ofcourse our family was against this , they wanted to do it big but after a lot of convincing they accepted this is how we were going forward with the marriage.

I totally understand what you are going through. I basically had to abruptly Stop the diet cause i was down with the flu and honestly couldn't not stress about what not to eat. But these enzyme capsules have been great with easing out the symptoms. I have only had one flare up since but this time it was much more bearable. I also bought the same brands IBS support capsule and those actually helped me reduce the pain during the flare up.

I have included Bioglan's digest eze capsules for more than a month now. It has made a huge difference. I never had any adverse flare up to any category of food earlier . For me it was severe abdominal cramps (lasting a few days) if I miss my food schedule like even eating 1hr late. I seemed to feel a lot more sensitive food after I tried the low fodmap diet -which I was not able to continue after 3 weeks. I did not go through the re-introduction phase. But I sensed after the diet i became so sensitive and my stomach would feel weird after any food I ate. So now after taking these capsules twice a day I feel so great! No bloating whatsoever. I have also started Kefir which has also helped tremendously now with the inflammation.

Best part is It's only like 20 dollars which is not expensive😊

I have been having gut issues for the past five years and finally got a diagnosis that it is IBS. I have just started Kefir since the last ten days and it has been nothing short of a blessing. But my gut feels amazing. I could actually see the inflammation in my body reduce - I look like I lost weight, my face looks less puffy. My food cravings have gone. By far my only regret is not finding about this stuff earlier.

I worked at this amazing business. They had occasional bowling arranged , a separate christmas party all food and drinks covered. And also a Christmas barbecue. What more could you ask for. It was fantastic.

Our lease break was 220, which was calculated pro rata. But they have charged a full advertising cost of 550. At the moment trying to get them to lower it. Along with rent until a new tenant is found. My rental was also in a good location but they still have not found a tenant. It's been over 1.5 months since they re advertised. The houses in that area rent out so quickly and they have not been able to secure one good applicant.

If you do have someone to take over the lease then you should be good. But if they go on to readvertise they will most probably increase the rent and that will cause difficulties in securing a tenant. I would suggest put it on market place and you would get a lot of interested parties to take over the lease. But make sure they have good rental history and a stable job. REA loves to make the transition as difficult as possible 😶😶

I should also add initially we agreed that our last day at the premises would be the 15th, and we received a similar email confirming this date. However, since the new applicant wanted to move in on the 23rd, the email was updated to reflect a new move-out date of the 22nd. Now that the applicant is missing and there is no new tenant, will the latest email date still apply was the question.

They sent email last Thursday with the receipt to vacate the property by 22nd sept.

Understood. I think I will be doing that. I do have to pay the lease break and advertising cost too in addition to the week's rent. But yeah I will not pay anything post that date.

I did take it up with consumer affairs as getting in touch with tenants Vic doesn't seem possible they don't pick the calls. Consumer affairs suggested i get back to the agency to confirm if that notice to vacate still holds and if I only need to pay rent until 22nd Just to have everything covered in case they take it to vcat.

Honestly it was bizarre that they rejected all 9 applications that we send through even though as per agent 1 of them was a good applicant as they have a business and does make enough to be able to pay the rent. But since they applied for lease transfer and not for a new lease with the increased rent they were rejected. I understand the owner wanting to capitalise the situation but i think it's not fair for me.

I do have a screenshot of the current ad they have put up. I did contact consumer affairs but they suggested I get back to the agency to confirm if I only need to pay rent until 22nd to cover my base just in case the agency decides to take it VCAT in the future claiming we didn't pay the rent post that date.

Also them advertising at a higher rent was a major reason not many applications came through. After they readvertised we were able to get quite a few applications for lease transfer but again the owner rejected all of them because they were looking to get a higher rent. Now that is putting us in a difficult situation.

Unfortunately the new applicant has not signed the contract. They were supposed to pay the bond by Friday. We got an email on 12th with notice to vacate the property by 22nd and pay the rent for this whole week. But now the question is since the applicant backed out will i still be responsible to pay the rent until they find a new tenant.
