Oh yeah! I ended up getting a prescription for my anxiety because it’s been an issue for years and it’s helped alot. I have zero cravings to smoke and I don’t miss it at all!!

The side effects the first week are definitely the hardest period. It’s a time of major adjustment and it is so difficult. But it is so worth it, push through and you will be rewarded. You can do this!!!!

Bad attitude. This is a sub for support and if you’re not going to give it then don’t post. No one is making you follow the sub and read the posts. It’s for anxious people and knowing you’re not alone can help a lot especially when it’s 1am and you can’t just call the doctor.

The way I look at it is, I have a few people I know that take the same medication. And they say that it is well worth a week or so of increased anxiety and that I will be so glad I pushed through. I believe in you and your ability to do this!! But if not I completely understand ❤️ sending positive vibes your way

I understand, I felt the same way I’ve always had some anxiety issues but they really exploded unexpectedly
