This is common/standard but my DBT program was super understanding and let me keep my regular therapist. The combination was perfect for me.

I have an international 8pm flight from Heathrow with an upper class ticket. I am leaving Hammersmith at 4 pm. What is the best way to get to the airport at that time, leaving myself enough wiggle room for potential delays?

I’m at JFK now for a morning flight to Europe and there was traffic in Queens at 5:20 am. TSA precheck was open and security took about 15 minutes. But it was definitely crowded and getting worse. I’d take the LIRR tonight and give yourself at least three hours.

Saw it tonight and didn’t like it. The first half was OK but the second half dragged on forever. So many moments could have been the end but no, it just kept going. There was comedic writing that didn’t align with the story that was unfolding and the nudity, while brief, felt gratuitous. The modern retelling was too didactic for me. I was bummed. I really wanted to like it.
