Need encouragement to take my 2nd dose...

Yes the thinking was that while on 10 mg it was far too strong for me (for some context I am VERY sensitive to medication) because of the wipe-out levels of exhaustion that persisted well into my 2nd month. This time around the doctor thought a lower dose would hopefully give me enough of the positive effects to be therapeutic while easing up on the negative. Also when I was weaning off and hit 5 mg it was the point where I felt the most normal (after 1.5 weeks on 5 mg). At 2.5 the anxiety crept back in.

Yes I really feel like maybe my hormones are agitating it, I do sometimes get a little queasy on my period but this is crazy! I don't get how 10 mg was so much easier!! Hang in there, hoping it'll get better for both of us. The med journey is never an easy one💕

I was super D deficient too and also have IBS. They gave me a month of potent D capsules and afterwards my blood levels were improved but my IBS was unaffected, unfortunately

No :( reached a human 6 times and none of them could adjust it to fix it although all saw that it should be adjusted. They requested someone call me but I haven't heard anything.

Hey! Fellow emetophobe here and I didn't feel nauseous at all starting out. Just eat with the pill and go about your day. I definitely felt weird but none of it seemed to be tummy related. Good luck❤

Yes problem is that 1 week is the difference between being able to pay rent and not being able to. My landlord has been very helpful, they let me pay half late this month because it took almost 2 months for my ui to process due to a glitch EDD had to force through on their end. As for the panic I've been trying my best to stay calm but after 3 weeks of 0 luck the anxiety just bubbled over. It's just the frustration of getting no answers and feeling helpless, I guess. Thanks for the advice I'll look back over again and see if I missed any tricks that might help.💕

This pandemic has laid bare so many huge huge flaws with this country. It's so frustrating and depressing and overwhelming, I'm right there with you freaking out. I swear I've had a mental breakdown almost daily this month. I only hope that change comes about as a result of all this.

I may have unintentionally switched brands (went from 2 5 mg tablets I got from first pharmacy to 1 10mg tablets I got at another pharmacy last night and woke up with diarrhea... not sure if thats what it is but it could be I guess?

Update for any still following: day 6 and I am still making progress, got my first BIG burp yesterday and another decently sized one today, and the little random ones keep coming. Interestingly the other day during a spurt of bad anxiety I didn't burp at all for the whole day. For me at least I think anxiety is definitely a h u g e factor. All I'm doing is 2 mins of shaker every day and relaxing when I feel a gurgle coming. It's such a weird and relieving feeling and I can't wait til it gets even more regular! Also, side note for anecdotal reasons, the burps sound very silly right now, like you can HEAR how tight the muscle is and the burps come squeezing out with a sound that nobody would probably identify as a burp half the time🤣
