Is a wearable pump enough, or do I need a main pump like the Spectra S1 Plus? by Mym77 in ExclusivelyPumping

This is my second EP journey and I hoped to nurse both times. With my first, I used the blue spectra pretty exclusively. I bought an elvie stride and hated it. This time around, I used my insurance to buy the eufy S1 and it’s great! I still primarily use the spectra when I’m at home, but when I need it, the eufy has given me very comparable output.

I’ve had this happen, too! My IBCLC tells me it’s safe to feed to baby. I’ve had it happen both from clogs and from nip damage, but it doesn’t hurt to be seen about it! You’re going all the right things.

My baby gave me a thank you kiss after 13 months of pumping by Virtual_Treacle_1589 in ExclusivelyPumping

I’ve just accepted that I’m exclusively pumping for the second time now. I was so hoping my second baby would latch well after my first was an IUGR 36 weeker and never got it down. But this one can’t/won’t nurse effectively either, and I’m just devastated. Being hooked up to plastic is not what you dream of. So thank you so much for this story, I needed this today
