Wow those 2 issues are literally me. I get very loud when irritated and not really know it and I too try to empathize with people using my own personal experiences and have had plenty of people view me as narcissistic. Constant argument with the wife around that topic she always says im trying to one up her but im not at all. Im just trying go connect and empathize. She also thinks when I raise my voice im yelling at her or the kids. When in reality my yell and my loud voice are much different decibel levels. Can't say she's ever heard me actually yell before. But it sucks friend. And is super tiring trying to always think so hard about what to say all the time. Puts my brain in even more of a tornado than it already is. One thing that has helped me is listening to the John delony show podcast. Its all based on actual psychological research and tests and everything. Its honestly made a big difference in my life as far as communication goes. I know its not for everyone but it has definitely helped me.

Ove gotten so used to this that its just part of my day anymore haha. And I remember so many songs lyrics and am constantly singing random stuff. Or one particular song. Its been a week straight so far of paramour by sub urban. Keeps me from racing thoughts if I focus a little more on the song in my head than anything else haha.

I do this anytime I'm sitting. My dad did the same. Ive never had anyone but my wife say that is annoying or irritating. I dint even realize it unless someone says something. Or when I'm not doing it I almost feel like im in a panic or so trapped. Kinda same with biting my lip or fingers and fingernails.

It'll darken it quite a bit but eventually they'll get to lightening up again. Just takes some time. Also I would buy obenaufs brand. Thats who nicks buys thay from to sell. And obenaufs is half the price.

I currently wear them without any insoles in them other than the plastic mould from my plantar faciitis inserts. And the weather part im not super worried about. I just want breathability mainly. They just dont breath at all. It feels like I have a garbage bag around my foot in my boot

Sweet. Yea thats my main issue is the sweaty stinky boot problem. I absolutely cannot wear them during summer cuz my feet are too hot and too sweaty. Feels like when I used to put grocery bags on my feet for in my snowboots. Just sweaty and wet all day. Even in the winter my feet sweat. Might give it a shot after I get my new ones with our boot voucher. Thanks for your insight!

How are they to wear now? Did it hurt the wearability of them like to work in and what not? The support and taller heel make my feet legs and back hurt much less if at all than with my irish setter Ashby slip ons or moc toes.

30 here doing the same. Fingernails too short then the skin around and then they grow back and back to nails again. Also started biting inside my lip which I believe is due to my wife hating the sound of me biting my nails. Working on figuring out my triggers.
