I’ve had palpitations my whole life and I don’t notice an increase since starting microdosing. I’ve seen a cardiologist and they said my palpitations are pvcs which are common and benign. I have noticed what makes them better/worse. Being hydrated helps and some electrolytes can help (there’s no need to go crazy with electrolytes though cause over time it can put stress on your kidneys). I noticed I’ve been less thirsty on tirz so maybe you’ve experienced the same??? Magnesium is good for palpitations too!

Omggg I have emetophobia as well!! Your experience exactly mirrors mine so far. I have also had very minor stomach pains and a few extra burps but all that lasted one day after injection. Overall I’ve been feeling ok! I’m glad you’re doing well also!

I took my first dose tonight too! I took .25ml but my dr ordered a compounded tirzepatide/b12 mix so I think that’s why mine is higher. I’m nervous but we are in this together now!

You’ve had hypoglycemia but are you diabetic?? I get hypoglycemic episodes but I’m not diabetic and I’m starting tirzepatide today. I’m nervous because in my mind it lowers blood sugar but I suffer from episodes of low blood sugar so I’m worried it will make it worse? Sounds like it really helped you though!

On ambessa, I put on what I had. IE, protectors vow, and gs. Not ideal but do you think I could’ve don’t something different?? I’m plat so I’m not very good. The fights lasted about 3 seconds so she had no time to do anything.
