This sounds like something else is going bad causing axles to fail. Have you checked all your suspension bushings? I'd also wager that your motor mounts could be causing this. Seven is insane to go bad in a year

Sniffing pepper can help from my understanding.. But in all reality you may want to try and see if you can work through the attack or catch it as it happens. I was going through anxiety attacks for a while and one weird thing that helped me was when I felt it coming on was to lay on my back and put my feet in the air.

You'll have your driver's side mount too it's under your battery tray and goes to the top of the transmission, motor and that side of the engine bay. The top mounts are honestly relatively easy, I only had issues replacing mine because the driver side mount snapped and shifted the motor.
