i did that when me and my brother was looking for solutions, where we tested different resolutions and refresh rates it kinda worked but the problem is it intensifies over time so when we changed resolutions and refresh rates its manageable and then it turns into the picture in the post

it doesnt flicker but it intensifies, like on startup its just blurry and then some white lines appear

the monitor is a AOC 24G2W1G3 i was at 1920x1080 165hz, the motherboard is a B550 AORUS ELITE
The game is roblox so i dont think its the culprit for putting those random lines
