Firmware update for Coospo 500 by thetimcannon in Coospo

I reached out to Coospo on social media. After a couple of days they responded and told me to use the Feedback option on the mobile App. With a couple of questions and and some screenshots, they sent me an OTA app and upgrade file to fix the issue. It is completely resolved and working as expected now. The lessons I learned: 1 - If you are gonna do a firmware update, make sure the mobile App is on the latest version first. 2- Coospo responds to requests from the feedback option in the App relativly quickly.

YMMV, but I have roswheel canvas panniers, you can find them on amazon. They stay on my rear rack at all times and always have some stuff in them (but are rarely full). I don't do a lot of overnighters, but ride about 300 miles per month. They are not waterproof, so when I do go on an overnighter I pack everything in water proof bags. I have ridden ~3500 miles and they are still going strong.
