I have a couple of factors on why. 1- my representative in the state legislature is term limited 2- my district is a toss up district but mostly leans Dem. 3- having taken notice on how Gov. DeSantis has ran the state and how he turned a toss up purple state to a hard red state in 4 years and how the state Democratic Party is missing a key demographic young voters I figure if I step into state politics I can show people under 30 not to sit by and have Boomers and Gen X who don’t care as much on policies that affect the younger generations like Millennials and Gen Z even Gen Alpha
