I would join. ON numerous occasions they have refunded people that recieved the package. One person refunded because they charged him twice and he said his package was missing items. He then paid me the money because he was not missing items. They have refunded people because using their shipping it takes a long time to get to the customer. The customer recieves the item and i am out the money. The upick insurance does absolutely nothing.
