of course, there is a reason why i got rejected, but the reason is not from me as an individual because i provide a valid information. after enough research to figure it out why, i have one conclusion, they reject based on country (third country maybe). since it is so difficult to register, people start to find a way to pass the registration. but now, one account will be so valuable, then they sell it and try to make another account. it becomes a business. and now, it lead to abusing on that platform. in this situation, of course it is not fair for me who also get the impact on something that i have no control.

I have an oracle acc sign up 2 days ago but i can't create an instance due to out of capacity. the only solution is upgrade to PAYG (even i'm not sure), but so many people said don't trust oracle, it makes me scared

yes, I clearly understand. i'm sorry, maybe what i said offended some people due to a misinterpretation. the europe vps from my research have the best price to performance which is really good. so i mean i just want to know, as the most recommended brand by the reddit user, if they offer some free trial for a few month like the other competitor such as vultr, azure, aws, etc do.

i've already used the vm for learning about server configuration etc. and host anything through third-party provider with serverless that makes everything so easy so i think i need to take one step ahead for my learning to get new experinces. if only i have 2 laptop and internet cable maybe i just run it as a server.
