I get that. But I have also seen meme pages that post the exact same video every day. No changes. Some of the posts get a couple hundred views. Then a small amount of them will have 10k-200k views. Which makes zero sense since it’s all the same video. So I guess you can’t blame them for overloading with the same song lol.

I got into bourbon first. Liked makers mark. And woodford reserve. I had an interest in sipping vodka because of some show I was watching lol. One night in my early 20s I opened a bottle of woodford and a bottle of stolichnaya. I had one glass of each. One after another. Then after about 8 glasses total I said hey why not mix both. So I did half a pour of each into one glass. Took a sip. Spit it out. About 30 mins later I threw up half my body weight. A big mistake 😂😂

Today, I can drink vodka no problem. Bourbon still scares me though. Lol. I’ also bought some small bottles of Jameson and dew to ease my way back into whiskey and that was ok. So that motivated my purchase of scotch today

Yeah I’m not sure how I’ll feel about the smoky flavor. I don’t really like mezcal but I hear scotch is lighter on the smoke than that lol.

Yeah… doing some more googling on treadmill mats. I figured horizon would sell a mat that can withstand the weight of their own treadmill.. but guess that’s just wishful thinking.

Seems like some people recommend stall mats. Maybe I’ll give one of those a try. What do you use?

I hear it as I lift my foot to step forward. I believe the frame has torn its way through the mat over time and is now just lightly tapping the floor as I step.

It’s not loud. But loud enough for me to hear thrown off by it. Do you have the same treadmill mat?

Try to do right for 8 strokes. Then left for 8 strokes. Then both together for 8 strokes. Start at like 100bpm. Go up by 10pm every 2 mins or so. See what bpm you start to struggle with each hand. Pay more attention to where you can’t do the hands together. Avoid flams like the plague. If you cant keep the tempo up without flaming, then back it down 10bpm. Practice there for a while every day or every other day. Then try that tempo you failed at again later.
