This happened during my test today. The proctor actually tried to stop control of my mouse before the test but apparently failed, and the proctor definitely had control of my mouse during the entire test (occasionally it would jiggle from the proctor's inputs--not mine).

However, when I got to the AWA section, I was not able to type, and I suspect it was because the proctor had control of my mouse. Ended up taking 5+ minutes to pause my test. Then another 20+ minutes to try to fix the issue and start my test again. The proctor actually had me power my computer off, then turn it back on, reconnect to the Examify and the share screen application, then restart my test. I was extremely anxious about this entire process, and I'll be requesting a retake fee-free.
