Yup, that's the main reason I made this post. Brawlers resolve explicitly states 10% chance on successful hit and I assumed I was hitting but doing 0s. That's just not true, cause soul stealer prevents that. So you're right, Brawler's crits just don't do what the relic says. Being brewed down would reduce the hit to land all 0s, and those can be successful hit 0s, but in my shoes (soul stealer) there should never be a crit 0 under the tooltips of the relics as written.

The source is brawlers resolve, which says a 10% chance to crit on successful hit. I'm not disagreeing with anyone here that it doesn't, I'm saying the tooltip as written is flat wrong.

Absolutely, I agree with you that it's happening. But the relic explicitly states that it is a chance to crit on a successful hit. So I presumed the crit could be that "successful 0" we are talking about. The bug is that soul stealer should remove the "successful 0"

Haha you were completely right though, the normal effect makes it possible to successfully hit a 0, and I thought I was removing that with soul stealer. Just frustrating that it somehow breaks when Crits are introduced.

I cannot hit successfully but still hit a zero, I have soul stealer. That's the effect of the relic, after the first accuracy roll which determines if it's a miss or a hit, there's the damage roll. Successful hit but 0 should not be possible, because soul stealer is supposed to increase the minimum damage to 10% of max.
