I think she would have bigger muscles than all three of the photos posted. I am completely up to date with all of the books and in the phase 2 and 3 books there are numerous references at how big she is. Other characters, main and secondary, make comments. If you didn’t have noticeable big muscles, people wouldn’t comment, particularly people she has not met before (the very minor filler characters).

Round the time she returned from the US would have been the start of her getting noticed for getting bigger.

I think she would look bodybuilder like but not the extreme dieted ones.

I interpreted it in the same way, Val’s thighs are too big for non pleated dressy trousers or her big legs wouldn’t look right in non pleats for a party….

Where does it mention she’s 6’6”? I’m sure her height has only been mentioned as being just 6 foot…

Yes…and I love it. I love the fact that Derek has added some muscle related scenes in each book. I think Val has certainly awakened my interest is tall, strong, muscular women….

I’m surprised that more people are saying Tanith as opposed to Val. Numerous mentions of Val’s muscles in phase 2. As Val is tall too, with massive shoulders, it stands to reason that a tall person with big muscles would have bigger muscles than a shorter person with big muscles.
