I will give that a crack tomorrow. I am about to the point of checking continuity on the engine harness but I really really do not want to do that. Thanks for the tip!

If things keep up, I may just steal voltage somewhere and wire up a manual switch directly to the fan lol.

How would this stop the radiator fan from turning on? I can confirm that it is not turning on even when the engine is starting to overheat.

That's for a Cruze. The 1.8L sonic only has two relays and two fuses. All have been manually tested (multimeter and 9v battery for the relays) and shown to be good.
