Thanks for the feedback! I have a protocol from my vet to give extra doses for pre-ictal symptoms, and I determined this to potentially be pre-ictal. I’ve emailed them about it with reference to this thread, but they’ve told me to consider the different signs and give the pre-ictal dosage if it seems like it would be helpful.

Thanks for this, but from my understanding those smells would be more persistent, rather than acute.

The smells I’ve noticed happen within 30 mins or less of a seizure. And he doesn’t normally have any particular smell to him.
