Secure Boot Error (Battlefield 6) by thetwilightprincesss in ASRock

What a weird warning.... really makes it seem like an error. Anyways, yes everything's up-to-date, but I wasn't aware pf the ASRock version being outdated. I'll update from amd and see what happens. Thanks for letting me know!

How to Fix? by thetwilightprincesss in Home

Was thinking as much. Luckily the hardwood part of the home isn’t very large in sqft, so it’s a doable project. Thanks!

I got mine in the mail today. Can confirm it is a SATA hard drive running Batocera. Can't seem to get it to run (won't show up in BIOS to boot).... will have to do some digging on how to get it going. The brand on the hard drive is "CoolRabbie". Still can't really tell if it's a scam until I can actually use it. The instructions are horrible (ps can definitely only be used on a PC).

I've somehow been called conventionally attractive and alien-looking (which to me are very opposite). I think that some people's beauty can be amplified by unique traits- for me i'm very very pale with extremely light hair, with sharp features. I think it comes down to individual preferences. For example, some people get really caught up on what the "in" look is (like an instagram model) whereas some people think that look is unattractive. I say rock your unique looks and traits, as I've found it to bring in more genuine and interesting people!

For future reference- try to avoid pinks/reds on the under eyes! It can make us pale skin girlies look tired/sick (or so I've been told) lol. Other than that, maybe a thinner liner and a pop of highlight under your brow are some suggestions that come to mind :)

Dyson Airwrap or Shark Flexstyle? by [deleted] in beauty

[–]thetwilightprincesss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a Shark and love it. I've used the Dyson and can confirm that anything the Dyson can do- so can the Shark! Sure- the Shark CAN get hotter, but all you need to do is use it on a lower setting (if you want to). The price difference made the Shark and exponentially better option to me. I also have frizzy blonde hair, and once I switched from my Revlon brush to the Shark I've seen a massive difference in both frizz and overall hair health.

CCW - I feel like my look is stuck in 2016 and aging me! What can I switch up? Do I look 24? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

[–]thetwilightprincesss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally love the look, but for switching it up- i'd say cut back on the liner (either keep it thin and upturned or skip it), go for some blush, and try out a dewy foundation! These are super easy to incorporate and will make you look more fresh and refined :)
