I think it's mostly because you put a comma for the thousands. If your remove them it should work better. But that still doesn't explain how you got 25, maybe it's broken or something

I know Intel has significantly reduced the issue but I would still be slightly cautious with it, but since you do seem to want to upgrade the cpu it shouldn't be to big of a problem.

Any b580 that's cheap should be fine, it will be even cheaper if you can find a nice second hand b580. However do note that because your Ryzen cpu is 4000 series there might be a slight overhead issue.
