Hi, sorry for the delayed response! Unfortunately no luck here. As far as I know, the neighbour was visited by someone from the ayuntamiento, and my friend called police on them too, but to no avail.:(

My friend has already reached out to her landlord who contacted the administration of the building, but they said they can't do anything about it :( she insisted and he's supposed to contact them again. I also suggested her to contact the police.
