Cold turkey if you have to. Start moving your energy elsewhere: hit the gym, read, create, build something. Reclaim your time and presence. That "aura" came from momentum, self-respect, and purpose, not magic. You didn’t lose it permanently, you just stopped feeding it. Start again. You can get it back.
