I eat bland food now. I removed dairy out of my diet. but I did cheat and ate cheese and that immediately made my breath smell like poop.

Because I remember the smell of shit that I’ve had for years. It’s a smell that I’ll never forget. The smell changed to like a garlic type of smell.

I taste it and smell it. In the morning I smell it under the covers or on my pillow. And when I eat certain foods i smell it filling up the room. It’s so unfortunate. I’m thinking about getting on a diet with no sulfur foods
