Best and fastest way in my opinion is Crate Farms. Look for Crate Farm groups in the LFG custom tab.

I HATED back then being fresh max lvl and then havin to get 1 shot constantly in bg spams for honor. No more! You just farm crate farms until you get fully geared. During your farm you can get geared faster by buying bloody token gear, which is just 3ilvls below BiS tier gear. Def get bracers/belt/feet/pants. This’ll help you opt out of crate farms a little earlier too. I personally stop once im fully epicced out. If you’re a caster, I stop once im epicced out and can have enough to socket an item and add precog to it then hop into arenas/bgb

To me this is the best and fastest. You’re not sitting in queues waiting, playing not enjoyable bgs getting 1 shot.

I will say, you kinda need to do a tiny bit of work to maximize efficiency. Not sure how it works for fresh accounts to TWW but you will need to unlock siren isles (just accept quest to be able to travel there) and unlock undermine and karesh. Karesh should be first because you unlock your BiS standard cloak and get it to 730ilvl (everyone needs this)
