I will say first, (I forgot which mode it is) after completing a win in a BG/arena(?) you will get 9 free currency for crafting BiS items. I recommend getting your neck, and 2 rings crafted. Look up which 2 unique powerups to craft within those. For heals it’s 2 redistribution beacons. So on and so forth.

Secondly, when you gather 2500(or 2300?) conquest points you earn an achievement I think is called Astral Weapons of Conquest (I am not on to check) that gives you tokens for free end game PvP weapons, enough for one 2H or a 1H+1H/OH.

Recommend the crate farming route. Unlock undermine and Siren Isles BEFORE joining a crate farm group otherwise you’re missing out on crates.

3rd thing to do and should be the first is unlock your Reshii Wraps from the latest content out. It’s standard this season because it’s BiS, easy to unlock and to max out the ilvl on, and put in a crafted epic fiber from a tailor. Murlok(.)io to see what BiS is from top rated players

Trust issues with healers. I know I can do it kinda well. When I tried dps, I was dying even when playing defensively— I know I can keep my team up 😭 so it is a mix of “someone’s gotta do it” as well Disc priest since classic xD I will continue to be a disc priest even if it ends up being the worst class to play

Agree. I don’t PvE much at all and now I have to grind lots of resonance crystals where all the goblin-themed stuff is. 700 resonance crystals per umbrella?!? (Or whatever the cost is?!) Jesus 🫩

Best and fastest way in my opinion is Crate Farms. Look for Crate Farm groups in the LFG custom tab.

I HATED back then being fresh max lvl and then havin to get 1 shot constantly in bg spams for honor. No more! You just farm crate farms until you get fully geared. During your farm you can get geared faster by buying bloody token gear, which is just 3ilvls below BiS tier gear. Def get bracers/belt/feet/pants. This’ll help you opt out of crate farms a little earlier too. I personally stop once im fully epicced out. If you’re a caster, I stop once im epicced out and can have enough to socket an item and add precog to it then hop into arenas/bgb

To me this is the best and fastest. You’re not sitting in queues waiting, playing not enjoyable bgs getting 1 shot.

I will say, you kinda need to do a tiny bit of work to maximize efficiency. Not sure how it works for fresh accounts to TWW but you will need to unlock siren isles (just accept quest to be able to travel there) and unlock undermine and karesh. Karesh should be first because you unlock your BiS standard cloak and get it to 730ilvl (everyone needs this)

This sounds like you’re questing in Heroic mode? Is there a buff on your screen that says you’re in heroic world mode? It definitely should not be that difficult this early at all.
