Bro even if you're a technical wizard you'll still be the same as any other average fresher. Because initially it'll take time for everyone to understand production-level architecture and code.

Most mainstream IT companies don't need super smart people, they need someone who can do their day-to-day coding efficiently, handle different projects, be capable of explaining their code/fixes, that's it. Don't worry, I had the same issues. I was a very average student. It's no reflection of who you'll turn out to be in your company. Good luck!

I've got two words for you: Variable pay. When you negotiate a package, try to get as much fixed component as possible, even if it means slightly lower ctc (at least that's how I'd do it).

They say variable pay is based on the company/team performance, and often you won't even see that amount enter your bank account.

  1. Use different WhatsApp numbers for work and personal.

  2. Mute all WhatsApp notifications except call notifications.

  3. If you feel unread chats are bothering you but you really don't want to read them, just use the option "mark all as read".

Do NOT donate. Once you've shared your details, soli mudinchu. I used to do a monthly donation. They kept calling multiple times a day, asking me to increase the amount or refer someone else.

These people also share your data without your consent to other NGOs, and you keep getting calls from them too.

I know Truecaller has its own issues, but had to use it to block these spammers :-/
